Using Excel for Association Membership listing

Hi folks, I am reasonably familiar with Excel and have used it's template to set up the start of a Membership Listing.

 

First issue is that (typically) the formats such as date, zip, phone etc. are ALL in the USA format. I have been into language settings and set ENGLISH as the default but still no luck. I can live with that format but kind of annoying.

 

My main problem is I would like to set up due date subscriptions for each member (they are all on the one date fortunately) and possibly have some sort of reminder generated if they haven't paid, as in overdue.

 

Is there anyway I can do this short of using MACROS that I am hopeless with ......

 

I've got the suspicion it is pretty limited in this area!
