Use Office 365 to replace current mutation forms

Hi all,

I hope to get some suggestions for the next issue:

At the moment, mutation forms have been developed within my organization. These forms retrieve data from databases so that the correct data belonging to customers can be retrieved and presented in the form. After completing/filling in the form, the form is sent to a subsequent party, who will approve the mutation and will process it further. 

Is it possible to replace the current forms with Office 365 applications, and if it is possible, what applications should I use best?

With modern lists and libraries you should probably use PowerApps

Definitely PowerApps, this would be almost a perfect scenario for the technology.

Once you build the app in PowerApps you can then run it from anywhere, mobile, in teams, from a sharepoint page etc.
