Upload of attachments is missing to sharepoint/teams

Hi!

I have a "tenant" there no on have the option to upload attachment from Outlook to "SharePoint/Teams"  directly from Outlook? They don't have this option.


The have option to upload to OneDrive and it works.
They can from Word, save as, web...?

One user eg is running version 1809 (10827.20150) of Office Pro plus and still missing this feature.

Can you put me in the right direction why they are missing this feature/how to enabled it.

I don't recall what version has added that, I'm going to assume they have the same version of the people that have it working? If so, things to check would be to make sure they are signed in to that Office client installation as their user license. Make sure they are licensed for OneDrive. Check to see that they have connected services setup for both their onedrive and sites for sharepoint/groups.

They have license A5 and EMS 5, they are using OneDrive.
Is it a setting there you can enable this feature? All other tenants I see, seems to have it by design.
