unable to see new users in GAL

Hi All

I am using exchange 2010 hybrid environment, we create  users in onprem and then migrate to cloud. we have created 10 users and migrated them to cloud. it has been 48 hours we are not seeing them in GAL. Experts guide me on this. is there any way to sync GAL and how much time does it take GAL to update in offline address book.

@Roger Roger if there is issue with migrated mailbox then errors will show up in dirsync which will give idea where is issue. also check if newly migrated users are able to configure the outlook. 

@Roger Roger are those mailboxes migrated successfully , if yes try to login through OWA first and see if these mailbox names getting populated over there or not.
