I'm trying to get my company set up with MS Teams but when I try to sign in using my company email account the system says that someone has already set up Teams for my company's domain and that I should contact the admin to ask for an invite to the team.
The problem is that no one in the company has any recollection of setting any of this up. We're a small 15-ish person company and we have no idea who might have done this. Most likely a person who has left the company.
We're at an impasse and cannot move forward as we have no admin access to the Team account for our company. We need to find a way to disassociate our domain from the exisitng account. Does any one hae any suggestions on how I can proceed? I've tried contacting MS but only got phone run around.
