Unable to Connect Office 365 - Windows Server 2012 Essential

Hi,

I Integrated Windows Server Essential 2012 with Office 365 few months before. However it has lost sync now. When i try to reconfigure, it is unable to connect to Office 365. Anyhow, If i type wrong credentials of account i am using for sync then it returns invalid credentials message which shows that  communication with Office 365 is working fine. But i am unable to proceed with Integration.

I have fully updated server. rebooted it and also installed/repaired PCNS but no luck so far. 

I will be grateful for any help to fix the problem.
