Senior staff in my Organization is unable to access his mail.
1. He is using less than half of his storage quota
2. his Online Archive is being automatically expanded and is a retention period of one year
3. he has delegate access to an ex staffs mailbox whose storage quota is more than half of is storage size @ 100GB
he thinks he is having issues because he has maxed out his storage capacity. i don't have access to his laptop because he is working from home. what are the possible causes of this issue and how to resolve?
