Unable ot give access to shared mailbox , getting error

The mailbox 'abe4bc03-64de-406e-b427-94ab2ab32855' has reached the limit of maximum allowed access control entries of: 500. Clean existing entries and rearrange them leveraging groups for assigning the same permission to multiple users.

Hello,
You will have to create a mail-enabled security group with members as the error message recommends, the thing here is the # of entries, so for example if you use a group instead of adding, say, 10 people individually it should work
