Hello People!

We Have switched to a new primary domain for every user and now we want to generate a autoreply for every mail being sent to the old domain.  I have configured my ETR to look for recipient domain and then generate a message back to the sender.   Even tried to redirect to a generic mailbox just to see if the rule works but no luck what so ever. Is this not possible to do with ETR?  Feels lika two basic criterias but nothing never happens. Anyone have a good idea to solve this?

Hi,

Its definitely possible using Email Transport Rules. Are you getting any errors , have you checked the logs?

Here is the step by step procedure (It may be old but see it it works)

Let em know if this works,
