An email signature is added to give a clear idea about your organization to the person who receives the mail. So we maintain the same email signature across the organization. But the real problem starts here is that all the users may not use the same outlook interface, so setting the same email signature to different outlook interfaces is monotonous. Microsoft has a way to put an end to it by synchronization of email signatures across all the outlook interfaces.
