I just sent myself an email at 10:17am to test...shows in my inbox as 4:16pm.
I checked my regional settings, and I'm set to GMT and everything looks good.
To note, I log into my mailbox (joe@smith.com) and then open another users inbox by clicking in the top right "open another mailbox" tom@jones.com
So its just the mailbox for the other user tom@jones.com that displays wrong...is it because when I click options its showing for my user joe, not the other users settings tom?
help!

SolutionHave you checked/set the regional settings on the other mailbox? You can access them via: https://outlook.office.com/owa/shared@domain.com?path=/options/regional

Hi, The return receipt at the recipient end is not controllable by you, you have done your bit and the system is sending them out. If the recipient gets the option to not send one, e.g. Thunderbird Mail Client, then that is up to them and there is nothing you can do.If this was a notes to notes eMail then sometimes you can do a trace path and then you'll get an eMail back when it hits each server..
