Is it possible to sync my group calendar to my work calendar?
Group calendar belongs to a different email address than my work calendar.
When using Outlook 2016, I want to be able to see all my appointments from both calendars in one.

You cannot sync them, but you can overlay them using the overlay feature in Outlook.
