Statistics for Autoattendant and CallQueues

Hi, 

I have been trying to work out some statistics for CallQueues and AutoAttendant. I get duration and Callee and number they haved called, but there is NO DATA on who has answered the call. And this is something we need.

So has anyone done any PowerBI or something to figure out how to get this data, or is it not meaning to see this data?

Need help about this.

Hi Kai,

Many people have fed back on the limited reporting for voice, and have - for some time - been asking for more granular reporting on Teams. User Voice confirms it is currently in the works

It is not, however, specific on the reporting that you ask for but there is also users asking for specific metrics on AA and Call Queues

Whilst Teams is currently catching up on this functionality, there are some third party ISV's which do offer this. For example Anywhere 365 may be a solution with their contact centre which gives very detailed reporting and metrics on voice.

Hi Chris, yes it does clarifying, and I have also spoke to Microsoft about this. So we will see whats coming and not. I have been into the uservoice and voted.
