SPF, DKIM, DMARC and Blocked emails

Copper Contributor

Hi guys,

I wonder if someone can help. I SPF switched when we moved to Office 365 and early this week I implemented DKIM and DMARC. Since then our server desk (Fresh Desk) who sends emails as email address removed for privacy reasons to the staff. Now all these emails end up in the junk folder.

Is there a way of allowing this at all?

Also internal scanning i.e email address removed for privacy reasons end up in the junk folder.

TIA

Wessam

Did the Email,Domain, used by server desk under managed Domain the first thing?

Better the check by message trace to identify the information

Hi, do you mean the Fresh Desk server? What do you mean added, "under managed Domain"? In office 365?

Thanks
