Hello,
A user recently started having issues with basic OWA features:
* When he clicks reply (Or uses Shift + R as shortcut), the reply screen does not show. The drafts are still created.
* When there are multiple PDF attachments, regardless of which one he clicks, it always shows the first one.
We tried a lot of things like:
* Disabling all extensions
* Deleting cache/cookies and using incognito mode
* Trying a different browser
* Trying a different computer
The features work fine on my account, but when I log out and log in with his account, the features stop working, so I'm suspecting it's account related somehow. However, I can't find any information on this online.
Does anyone have an idea on what could be causing this?
