Using Internet Explorer, on Win 10, I have one PC that refuses to allow access to People.

The list of contacts are shown on the left pane, but the right pane where the details would be displayed is: 'Something went wrong. Try refreshing the page or come back later.'

 

There is no error using the Edge browser of the same PC.  Restarting the PC made no difference.

 

I have cleared the Cache and temporary internet files in IE11, no change.

 

This employee has been accessing People for months on the same PC, no changes. 

 

Any advice appreciated.

Seems to work fine here, have her try Private session, or have her login on another PC and try there.
