I have a new user provisioned for service, Number is assigned the same as other users, but when dialing from outside number, we get a IVR stating "We're sorry, but you are not provisioned for this service, please contact your administrator."
Can anybody tell me what I may be missing?
I guess it could just be a delay. Since you posted this yesterday can you test again today? Sometimes new configurations and settings can take a while in Office 365.
