Hi All, we are currently in hybrid exchange mode using ad connect to sync to Azure. We've been experiencing skype for business password issues when a user changes his/her password and then locks their account out. If we clear their sign in info, it works just fine but we're concerned that there is a larger issue at hand and we'd like to prevent help desk calls going forward. Has anyone experienced this or have any input into it? We've run the outlook diagnostics tool and it found an issue with our CNAME dns record, it came up as " we didnt detect any CNAME records for "autodiscover.ourdomain.com".
I'm not sure if this helps in anyway but let me know.

Some more details about the environment.
Exchange 2010 hybrid mode
Office 2013 & 2016 both cloud version and volume license
Conditional Access and MFA
Ad sync connector syncing one way to Azure only, no write back.
