Skype for business launches when windows starts, even though I disabled it

Okay, so I've followed the tutorial of Microsoft, and even after successfully walking through the steps, Skype for Business still launches when I start my Windows machine. 

Here is proof that I have altered the settings:

Can you please help me out with this, I can't stand the fact to turn it off every time I start my machine.

Have you taken a look under TaskManager->Startup?
