I wonder if you can assist me. I am in the process of building a SharePoint Community Site for my Organisation and I would like to build a Company Organisation Chart to show employees the company structure.
I've managed to insert the Web Part for Organization chart and to then insert a member of my organisation but then I cannot insert or view any other members of my company. It allows me to selected the number of levels but then nothing happens.
I think that this may be down to the Organisational structure set in Microsoft 365 but I cannot seem to be able to update or change this.
I have SharePoint Admin rights but I'm not sure how I would update the relationship for the Organisation.
