Shared resource mailbox between multiple tenants

Hi,

 

I've been doing extensive research online but I was unable to find a solution and I'm hoping that somebody can help me, my problem is the following.

 

We have a customer who bought a new building and wants to set up a shared office concept. Therefore we want to set up a Tenant, let;s call it Tenant X, and want other renting companies, A,B,C to be able to book the shared resource room(mailbox) and see the calendar. All working with Exchange Online. 

 

If possible set this up in a way they can use the Room Finder as wel. I'm aware of the federation option where the external room can share there availablitiy information but this is exactly what we're looking for.

Nope, no room finder in cross-tenant scenarios. You might be able to create a programmatic solution that mimics this functionality, as long as free/busy sharing is configured.
