Hi,
We are a 3 user O365 Business Premium site and need a solution please;
The contacts are currently stored in a sub folder in my Outlook Contacts, from here I am able to share them with the other two users, however getting them onto their Android devices, which run the Outlook app, is not proving possible.
What is the solution?

Thanks Steven, however, unless I am missing something OCM is not able to do this.
OCM works if desk bound, however there is no ability to share or access when out of office on Android devices.
I really hope I am wrong here as that would be first prize for us.

Can the contacts not be added as contacts in exchange / admin center? Then you use the default organization address book to access you contacts through the mobile apps.
Thanks Chris, I will test this option and report back.
