I have a pdf form that I have created. I have created sections for people to print their name and the date. I've also created a section for their signature. All fields must have this input entered into it. I want to streamline sending this form and collecting them once completed. Is there a way to create a link to send to several people so they can fill out the form? Once the form is complete by them, a copy is sent to them and then saved to a sharepoint? Is there a power automate or powerapps feature that allows this? Please advise.
