Select Specific Cells or Ranges

A box prompting a search for specific cells or ranges keeps appearing on my Word and Excel document, for reasons I cannot figure.  I'm unable to cancel it. It means I have to close down and start again - but after 10 minutes or so the thing comes

Please check you might have some personal macro might be running behind the scenes or suggest you to repair your office
