Hi

Is there a way, as global admin, to see all files shared with a specific user?

Also, is there a way to see all files shared by a user?

Hi @carlos soto ,

Here is how to run sharing report for OneDrive and SharePoint. Report on sharing - SharePoint in Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Docs . It will generate csv file and you should be able to filter results. 

There are some PowerShell script, but document from Microsoft seems to be easiest way.

I cant run this report as admin and have another users as a target? i want as a admin to see all files shared with and by another user

Try using Audit search - Audit - Microsoft 365 compliance 

Login to your tenant as admin.

thanks for the help, but is not exactly what im looking for. Im able to get out some data so maybe this is the most i can get out from different audit tools.
