I have my own personal tenant so I can try and stay up on latest features coming out, but wondering if others who have this or a dev tenant are doing to populate the tenant with content to try and simulate what might be going on in a production template

If you are a Microsoft partner, you can use Demo tenants for that.

 I'm not a partner so I can't use a demo tenant.  This is my own personal tenant that I have in targeted release.
