Hi I'm trying to add safe senders all domains in my office 365 software but the Account that I need to make the change to is an exchange account, so when I tried to add the safe sender, it says that this will only apply to certain accounts and doesn't include the exchange one which is the one I didn't want to work with. I have tried creating rules where if an email comes in from the domain or from a session sender it is automatically moved to another folder, but this doesn't seem to automatically happen. These emails still keep going to my Junkmail rather than automatically moving to my inbox. I've attached a screen grab of showing what I mean. The account that the emails are coming from that I'm going to Junkmail does not get listed on the left-hand side, it is excluded. I've added the domains on the right that I want to be safe but it doesn't accept them. Hoping someone can help
