room finder for all users

I would like to setup room finder in Outlook 365.


I read the webpage for creating a room list.

Other webpages show how to create Room List Distribution Groups.

Some webpages show how to create room mailboxes.


I am confused what the proper procedures.

Can anyone show me?


Furthermore, even if a room list is created, is it only the creator can select the rooms? Can everyone in the network share the room list and select the available rooms?
