how can users retrieved personal chat history in MS Teams ?

we are currently migrating from Skype for Business, users are asking where is the personal chat history that they are familar in skype for business.

Under the chat tab you can see all chats! But chat history from Skype is not available here. You can still login to Skype to access your old conversations
