Recoverable Items Folder Limit - Exchange Online Hybrid

We are currently migrating from Exchange 2010 on-premises to Exchange Online via Hybrid and have run into a mailbox that has a Recoverable Items Folder that exceeds 100GB as this mailbox is on Legal Hold.

 

What is the best approach to handle this scenario and get this mailbox migrated?
