Hi
We have some customers that have a issue when the password policy they have in the domain force them to change password every 90 days, Office 365 Pro Plus on the RDS servers dont pick up the new password.
What happens is:
- User changes password at the computer
- Password syncs to Office 365 by Azure AD Conenct
- Office 365 Pro Plus at the RDS server ask for the new password after some time
- If you then try to logon we get to the prompt where you can enter the email address
- Then it should show the prompt for typing in the password, but the window is just empty white.
- That stays for some minutes and then it closes
- Then it will repeat it self and ask for password again
We cant seem to figure out how to fix that?
The only quick fix we have found is to open the Credential Manager and delete everyting called: MicrosoftOffice16_Data:ADAL:some random numbers
Then we can use Office again, without it even ask for username and password.
How can we fix this issue, so the users not will have to worry about this?

The "empty white" dialog was a known issue, which should be resolved in newer builds, so make sure to update your version. In addition, there are some similar issues with WAM on W10/Server 2016++ as detailed here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-my/help/4025962/cant-sign-in-after-update-to-office-2016-build-16-0...
