Good summary @Tony Redmond. Regarding "Azure AD access reviews", i agree that it would be great to have the ability to have a single review for all (or a group of) groups, otherwise this means much manual work. Hope this is something that will be available in the near future.

Easy enough to build with PowerShell. I'd do it based on a certain person (guest user) and ask whether they should retain access to the tenant... If no, you could simply delete the guest user account (drastic because it kills all access to Teams and Groups) or remove them from the groups they are members of.
