Quarantine emails and Policy Name not showing in filter

Something has changed recently, we used to be able to see what policy name was being enforced on our quarantined emails, quarantine reason says 'policy' but policy name is blank. Anyone else having this issue?

I used to have this problem for just one of my mail flow rules, but as of a week or so ago, the "policy name" is uniformly blank. It can be a challenge to determine which rule put the message in quarantine.

Did you ever find something that fixed it?
