Publisher 2016 Mail Merge Not Working

Hi,

 

We have Office 365 installed.  We have all printer drivers up to date.  When we print a newsletter in publisher and use mail merge, the first 10 newsletters print with the names and addresses.  After that, the mail merge does not work and the newsletters are blank where the names and addresses should be.

 

I have researched and found threads but the forum will not allow me to link the threads.  Every thread I found says many people are having this problem in Publisher 2016 and there is no fix.

Is there a fix to this problem?  Thanks for any help.

Can anyone help on this please?  I have called 365 support and they can't seem to help.
