I'd like to know if it's possible to make that you have to enter password when you open the Outlook app on Android? Is it also possible to make the OneDrive app also prompt for password?

I think that is possible yes but not without a specific configuration.

 

With Office 365 MDM you can enforce the device must have a password set but this can't be controlled or applied on an individual app basis I believe.

 

At an additional cost, using Microsoft Intune I understand you could apply individual app protection policies and one of the options is Require PIN for access, this would prompt a user to enter a pin when accessing the apps that are being controlled.
