Problematic spelling suggestion in Word

Copper Contributor

I've been directed by MS 365 Support to post this here.

Word underlines the word 'matrilineality' in red in my document. The main problem is that the suggested replacement is 'patrilineality'. See attached image.

It seems like in this day and age, when using non-discriminatory, inclusive language is so important, this is likely to cause offence and embarrassment. It is easily resolved, because 'matrilineality' is a word. How can I get MS Office to add it to the dictionary?

(PS. I know I can use 'add to dictionary' to update my own personal dictionary - that's not what I'm trying to do: I want to know how to get this unfortunate error changed centrally, so that no-one else receives this unfortunate suggestion.)
