Does someone know, where the Information are published ? only inside of the tenant or ourside?
I only find a link in "my account", which is connected to the General link in the admin Center Settings.

Was there any response to this? I'm wondering where this policy presents itself to users and whether it enough to link to a document in SharePoint on if it needs to be a page on an external site.
Found it... it's surfaced in the O365 Admin, but also in the AAD Admin Center. It's the Privacy Info sent to 3rd party users when invited as External Sharing users as part of the invitation.
Yes, that is the link/documentation how you can add the information. The question is, where the information is show. I know the Sign-In one and one at the User portal, but is there a list?
