Is there a way the we can assign a licence (for example one drive for business plan 1 or exchange online plan 1) to a user, but prevent that the user can login at office.com?
@Smoleff yes, you can do this with conditional access. Although that would also need an Azure AD Premium license, either directly or as part of EMS, M365 Business etc.
