I recently installed Office 365 on my single user laptop. When I am in Excel or Word, pressing F1 gives an error message the the service is not available (see attached graphic). There is no organization and I am the administrator. How do I enable this help service?

This apparently could be related to privacy settings, could you check if this makes a difference, with the options mentioned here:

Yes. That enables HELP but forcing the user to give up their privacy to get program help is a sick move on the part of MS.
