PowerPoint Video export bit-rate

Is there a way, through options or VBA script; to control the bit-rate of the video export from Microsoft PowerPoint? MS-PP seems to always select very high bit-rate causing the file to be much larger than it needs to be.

I'd like to see some options to choose bitrate. At least under an advanced options type of link.
