Working in on a database and want to produce class lists with certain fields. All I can get at the moment is the report in a "stacked" format. What I'd like is to see the record in a row i.e. surname, forename, gender etc and then perform calculations on certain fields like gender. say, how many boys in the class. ... and many others once I understand the basics.
