Hi,
We have hybrid environment. I noticed the issue that when user's password has expired on On-Prem AD, but user can still use the old password to log into Office 365 web.
How could this happen? Will the AD synchronization update the expiration date on cloud?
Please help!

Cloud accounts sync'd from on prem via AD COnnect dont support password password expiration.
If its used to expire contractors accounts for example, it's better to have the account disabled on a certain day which would stop user from logging into cloud services.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for your reply. We use AD Connect so the password expiration will not sync with cloud AD. Will ADFS connection resolve the issue?
