OWA shared mailbox does not refresh automatically, it has to be requires a manually refresh,

When users access a shared mailboxes through OWA, if they want to see any updates in the mailbox they have to refresh the mailbox manually as it will not automatically update.

 

Having researched online I have not found any solutions, is this a known problem or is anyone else having this issue? and if so is there a solution?

How do you access the shared mailbox in OWA? For best experience, use the "Open another mailbox" method, by clicking on your profile picture and selecting the corresponding function.
