Outlook presence status not available

Hello,
i have a problem with the presence of status in outlook.
It just didn't work anymore (after March / April Teams update)
I've tried to do everything: SARA tool, check regedit, check teams is default in every protocol it supports, but nothing fixes the problem.
The strange thing is that every now and then the presence reappears for a couple of days, and then disappears for weeks.
Do you have any solution?

In cases of the uninstalled Skype for Business, after moving a user to the mode of "Teams Only", the presence status can stop the activity not only in Outlook but also in other Office apps.
