Outlook OWA (365) duplicates recipient email when ctrl+k is used

Copper Contributor

Hello,

I'm using Outlook OWA and whenever I compose a new email and use ctrl+k to search for a recipient, it finds that recipient and inserts it twice.

We have an hybrid O365 deployment.

Has anyone seen this behavior? I can't seem to find a solution for this..

Thank you!

@HotCakeX  I can't post on the office 365 community. Is it because it's a duplicate post?

Hmm i'm not sure, but please wait a bit for a community moderator to look into it and move this current post to there for you :)

Thanks! @HotCakeX

@Rui_Duarte I'm concerned that you are unable to post there. Would you try again (just as a test), and screenshot any difficulty you have? You'll need to press the "Start a New Conversation" as per the image below.

Please note that if you try to post to any board that says "AMA" you won't be able to, as those boards support live events and you can only post during the event.

I've gone ahead and moved this thread to the Office 365 space.
