Outlook on the web (OF365 BE) is not displaying new emails without browser refresh!


What would cause this?

All other users' emails arrive instantly (on different PCs) with their notification sound and pop-up (pop-up only displays when the Outlook OTW page is being viewed for some unknown reason).


A new user's Outlook OTW will not display new emails until browser is refreshed.


What could be causing this?

Using: Win 10 Home, Edge browser.

Have you tried a different browser? Private session? Opening another user's OWA on that same machine?

It did work as expected in Internet Explorer.

The Edge browser is lacking quite a bit, not sure why it is half-baked.

It works OK for me in Edge, perhaps it's some setting you've configured.
