Outlook moving email between accounts doesn't copy everything

Hello, I've run into what seems to be a serious bug and I was wondering if you could help me. My current account is due for deletion in a couple of weeks, so I'm trying to migrate everything to another account before that time so I can keep all my old emails. What I do is make a pst backup and then import it to the new account. While this seems to work for the relatively new emails, I see that when I go a few years back (say, 6 years back) the emails have not been copied. How do I resolve this? Thanks in advance.

The Problem you are running into is that not all mails are on your local machine. Best thing to do is change the mails you want to download in time. and then move.

 

But i would prefer to use a  3rd party tool to copy to the new address
