Outlook mail download problem

Hello, I am having a problem downloading emails on the outlook on my mac.  When I am connected to my office network emails don't get downloaded but when I connect to mobile hotspot the emails automatically download. Any help regarding this will be appreciated. Thanks

That sounds like a proxy/firewall issue, talk to your IT/network guys.

I did some research. Could it be a problem regarding the IPv6 connection?
