Outlook is crashing some minutes after start on a RDS terminal server. Only one user is affected.

It is not possible to create new Outlook profile. No error messages.

The issue exists only on this terminal server. It doesn't exist on other PC.

Error message:

A problem occured. Your account has not been set up on this device because device management has not been activated. This device may not be able to access resources such as WiFi, VPN, or email.

Error code: 8018001C

Checked the SARA logs.

Error message: "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

- Steps already completed:

Updated the Outlook.

Repaired Office 365.

Re-install Office 365.

Ran /resetnavpanel.

Checked and there is only one Office 365 version installed.

Disabled the antivirus program.

Started Outlook in safe mode.

Checked and the user can access OWA on the terminal sever.

Activated the Windows Search.

Cleared the identities in the "Identities" folder in Registry editor.

Created the following new registry keys at HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity:

DisableADALatopWAMOverride, DisableAADWAM with Value: 1 and EnableADAL Value: 1 and 0.

Still is not possible to create a new profile in Outlook with the Exchange account.
