Outlook Groups - name change not pulling through

Please help - I have changed the name of the outlook group from withing outlook and also via the web but it keeps reverting back to the old name.  The old name is confusing the members as it refers to only a subset of the members

Can you tell me how this group was originally created, was in Outlook by you or did a Exchange engineer create one for you in the back-end?
